Ellen is so calm and cool and organized and authentic. Her arrangements are impeccable, from the drivers to the beautifully arranged itinerary for each day and meal. The timing was sorted out for us, so we did not feel rushed and filled each day with a combination of a museum visit, an experience, delicious meals, and fun, lots of fun.
